What's in My December Ipsy Bag?

What's up everyone? :) Are you ready for Christmas and New Year's Eve? This is probably one of the best times of the year in Boston because the whole city is lit up every evening. Check out my photos on my Instagram to see how amazing winter is in Boston!

Anyway... Let's talk about beauty products! This month, my Ipsy bag is soooo cute! The colour is pink and it feels fluffy in my hands. This is one of my favourite bags I have gotten so far from Ipsy.

The first product in my glam bag is REN Clean Skincare Radiance Renewal Mask. Here is what Ipsy has to say about this product: "A fruity cocktail to brighten us up. Glycolic acid from pineapple, lactic acid from passion fruit, citric acid from lemon, and tartaric acid from grape work together to exfoliate and leave our skin looking its most radiant". Sounds pretty awesome. It also smells delicious, just like pineapple. I have not tried this mask yet. If you have tried it already, please let everyone know if it is just as good as it sounds.

The next product is Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil Deep Hydrating Treatment. My hair definitely needs a treatment that will repair and revive it. I really like that it is safe for coloured hair, because mine has been coloured so many times. It contains argan oil, keratin, and grape seed oil, which are supposed to help repair breakage and split ends.

The third product in the bag is Benefit Cosmetics the POREfessional Face Primer. I heard so many great things about this primer, so I was very excited to see it in my bag. This primer is not clear, but rather a light skin colour. However, when I put it on my skin, it feels so light, and the colour instantly disappears. It also blurred my pores very nicely, which is exactly what I want from a primer. I love that it contains Vitamin E because it keeps my skin safe from free radicals - things that harm our skin.

Another product in the bag is Ciaté London Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick. This purplish pink shade is said to be creamy and moisturizing. The shade looked very nice when I swatched it. It sounds and looks great, but I haven't actually tried it yet. If you are interested in how it actually feels on the lips, let me know. :)

The last product in this month's bag is NYX Eye-shadow. I like the name of this shade, which is Bedroom Eyes. Seriously, how do people come up with these names? Haha I like products from NYX, so I am sure this eye-shadow will look amazing.

So that's it for the December Ipsy Bag! Let me know if you like these type of blog posts! I could definitely do more posts about beauty and makeup products.

P.S. Here are behind the scenes photos. My cats really like to get in the way of my work. Maybe they should be models. What do you think? Haha!
