I love taking a break from working on my blog, and spending that time discovering other blogs. I love doing it, because it makes me feel like I am a part of the blogging community. I am able to reach out to other bloggers, and form great relationships. Of course, I am also able to get inspiration from their amazing content.
The number of other blogs is enormous! Thousands of them are being created every single day. One of my favourite lifestyle/fashion blogs is written by Victoria at InTheFrow.com. I often visit her website, and find amazing content every time.
A couple of days ago, she published a very interesting article about "5 Things We Should Be Talking About". She talks about the things that a lot of people are afraid to speak about. One of the things is Mental Health. I completely agree that it has been a huge issue in the past, and still is. People feel stigmatized when it comes to getting help from a mental health professional. This is one of the main reasons why some individuals do not get the necessary help to get better. There needs to be more awareness on mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, etc. People need to understand that these are real problems that others may experience. There is no shame in getting the help you nee,d if you are not able to deal with it on your own.
I definitely recommend visiting her blog, and reading this particular post! It is amazing when bloggers use their website to provide their readers with important information. This is one of many reasons why I love to be a blogger!
