Can I Really Pull off Mom Jeans?
Mom fit jeans were always one of those clothing items that I never thought I would purchase. Since my style has been evolving, I thought, why not give them a try? When it comes to my style, I always get this awesome feeling of inspiration whenever I try something new. Although I've always loved to dress up, for a very long time, I have been a fan of more comfortable clothes like sweatshirts, jeans or sweatpants, and sneakers. I think the reason for that was me being a full time student for six years non-stop. When I would wake up in the morning to go to classes, I didn't really want to spend time planning my outfits. I wore the first things that I saw in my closet. There was really no time to be glamorous, or so I thought haha.
Nowadays, my thoughts on dressing up have completely changed. Wearing something simple but still nice makes me feel confident and comfortable in my own skin. What else are clothes for, right? So even if I go to a grocery store, I try to look nice. I mean there are days, more like a week of each month, when I feel like a complete bum, and that's when I do go back to my thinking of wearing only baggy and comfortable clothes, and that's okay. However, I do encourage everyone around me to always look (and consequently feel) amazing about themselves. There is no need to spend thousands of dollars on expensive clothes. Not everyone is a millionaire. You just need to know where to shop. :) For example, I got all these items at Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. These two stores are so affordable, and you can get items that you can coordinate with the things that you already have.
Anyway, I think I am in love with these jeans haha. They are so comfortable and show off my figure. I just think that overall, I created a very cute and somewhat romantic look with the help of these heels.
